Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Personalized items (e.g., journals with custom names) may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.

We currently ship within the Netherlands and the EU. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping applies to orders over €50 within Europe.

Shipping times are estimates. Delays may occur due to transit issues, customs, natural events, or carrier delays.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

You can monitor your package from our warehouse to your door.
4. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

BONTÉ is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
7. Returns & Consumer Rights

Customers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU law for most products.

Personalized items (e.g., journals with names in it) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as allowed under EU law.

Returns must be made according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
8. International Shipping & Customs

Orders shipped outside the Netherlands may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

Customers are responsible for any charges imposed by the destination country.

BONTÉ is not liable for shipping delays, lost, or damaged parcels caused by the courier, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Bonté is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
